Prompt creators are solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of their prompt descriptions. Prmptly.xyz does not verify or endorse individual prompt claims. Users acknowledge that:

• The responsibility for fulfilling user expectations lies with the prompt creator, not Prmptly.xyz.
• Any disputes regarding the quality, functionality, or suitability of a prompt must be resolved between the user and the creator.
• Prmptly.xyz is not liable for any misleading, inaccurate, or unfulfilling prompt results.

Users should carefully review prompt descriptions before purchasing or using them.

No Ownership of AI-Generated Content

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content does not grant them any exclusive ownership rights. Content produced through Prmptly.xyz:

• May be similar to content generated for other users.
